K-6 Campuses located in Deer Valley, East Tucson and Mesa to open fall 2021

CHANDLER, Oct. 5, 2020 – Legacy Traditional Schools, a network of public, tuition-free charter schools in Nevada and Arizona, announced interest lists for its three new valley campuses (Deer Valley, East Tucson and Mesa) are now open.

The new Deer Valley, East Tucson and Mesa campuses will enroll up to 600 students each and offer grades K-6. The three campuses represent Legacy’s continued commitment to meeting the needs of every community. Parents are now encouraged to sign up on the interest list for an opportunity to experience Legacy’s back-to-basics, well-rounded approach to learning.

  • Deer Valley (Union Hills & 17th Ave., close to the I-17);
  • Mesa (SE corner of Val Vista & McKellips) and;
  • East Tucson (E Golf Links Rd. & S. Harrison Rd.)

“We are excited to meet the growing demand for school options in the Deer Valley and North Phoenix area, as well as grow our existing presence in Mesa and Tucson,” said Nicole Kirkley, superintendent of Legacy Traditional Schools. “We have received such positive parent and community response already and we can’t wait to help advance school choice in the Valley.”

Plans for the three Legacy Traditional School campuses were approved earlier this year by the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools.
