
Every spring, physical education departments at Legacy campuses give students opportunities to participate in health-related activities during Wellness Week.
This year, we teamed up with national organizations and guest speakers to give Legacy students and their families the opportunity to learn about leading healthy lives from the comfort of their homes. These network-wide virtual sessions included talks on topics such as exercises to stay healthy over summer break, healthy eating and nutrition, and pursuing your goals (presented by Olympic silver medalist Lyndsey Fry).
