Teacher of the Month (March): Jessica Swartz (Sixth Grade Teacher)
Reason Nominated: Mrs. Swartz has really stepped up to support the sixth grade team. She is quick to make sure the team has what they need and is a fantastic mentor for her students.
Teacher of the Month (March): Crystal Chavez (Fourth Grade Teacher)
Reason Nominated: Mrs. Chavez is a great team lead, her teammates say she’s the “glue that holds their team together.” She is aware of her students’ needs and builds a great community.
Staff of the Month (March): Karen Welborn (Program Paraprofessional)
Reason Nominated: Mrs. Welborn is a vital part of the ESS team. She is always willing to jump in and help wherever she can. The students rely on Mrs. Welborn for safety and comfort. We are lucky to have her.
