Teacher of the Month (September): Christian Gordon (Second Grade Teacher)
Reason Nominated: Legacy has had the privilege of seeing the type of educator Christian is from the perspective of a coworker as well as a parent. She is the best teammate we could ask for. She is always there to encourage, uplift, support, and provide for our team in any way she can. She is also an incredible educator. She makes learning fun and engaging to her students. She meets all her students where they are at to give them the best education possible. Christian is always caring for her students and going above and beyond at all times. She is a “dear heart” and deserves all of the recognition!
Staff of the Month (September): Karen Boda (LKC Staff/Paraprofessional)
Reason Nominated: Karen works hard everyday to make sure everyone is safe, accountable, and doing as they should be. She is a great leader who is reliable, kind, and always has your back.
