Nine Legacy Traditional Schools Campuses Earn Prestigious ‘A’ Ratings from Arizona State Board of Education
Legacy Traditional Schools continues to set the standard for academic excellence in Arizona, with nine campuses earning the coveted “A” or “Excellent” rating in the Arizona State Board of Education’s 2023-24 A-F Letter Grade report. This remarkable achievement highlights Legacy’s dedication to delivering top-tier education and fostering success for every student.
Nine Legacy campuses have been honored with an “A” or Excellent rating:
- Chandler
- East Tucson
- Gilbert
- Glendale
- Goodyear
- Maricopa
- Northwest Tucson
- Surprise
- Peoria
In addition, 11 campuses in the Legacy network received a “B” or “Highly Performing” rating:
- Avondale
- Casa Grande
- Deer Valley
- East Mesa
- Legacy Online Academy
- Mesa
- North Chandler
- Phoenix
- North Phoenix
- San Tan
- West Surprise

In 2007, the first Legacy Traditional Schools campus in Maricopa, Arizona opened its doors to just over 500 students and their families who were seeking an educational environment for their children in which academic excellence, highly-effective educators, and a supportive school community were at the forefront. Today, nearly 30,000 students across Arizona, Nevada, and Texas are benefitting from Legacy’s proven academic model and community-minded culture.
